Caleb Lye

Caleb is Deloitte Southeast Asia’s Sales and Pursuits Centre of Excellence Leader. With over 20 years of experience in professional services, he focuses on working with high-growth companies. His career spans audit, lecturing, and leadership roles, having formerly served as the Chief Operating Officer of a food procurement tech startup with operations across Southeast Asia. As a seasoned speaker and facilitator, Caleb has presented at various events, sharing insights and expertise with diverse audiences.
Beyond his professional life, Caleb is also heavily involved in music, fronting local band Another Sunday Afternoon, and contributing added vocal and guitar work to Gramercy Park. Caleb has previously worked on various Southeast Asian movies, having provided the background soundtrack to Vietnamese film “Forever Yours” (Tao Không Xa Mày), and performed live on the opening night tribute performance for the late Yasmin Ahmad’s “Talentime”.
Caleb is currently the Deputy Chairman of the Audit Committee for the Chinese Swimming Club.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accounting & Finance from The University of Exeter, a Specialist Diploma in International Trading from Singapore Management University, and is a certified Miller Heiman facilitator.
